Birth Support

Now booking summer 2026 and onward!

As your birth doula I will support you as you navigate pregnancy and childbirth, ensuring that the care you receive is centered around you and your birth goals by providing unbiased and judgement free informational, emotional, and physical support. I want you to feel empowered and safe to birth the way you want to birth - at home, at a birth center, in a hospital - unmedicated or with an epidural - it’s your journey and I’m here to support you through it!

This includes:

  • 2 prenatal sessions to get to know each other, discuss birth preferences, practice comfort measures, prep for postpartum, and more.

  • Phone/text/email support from the time of hire through your baby’s first birthday (or longer - I love hearing from past clients and answering questions).

  • On-call availability for labor support starting at 37 weeks.

  • Immediate postpartum support for up 1-2 hours at your birth location.

  • Phone photography (film/digital photography may be available soon!)

  • 1-2 postpartum visits to check in to see how everyone is adjusting to life at home, offer tips and tricks, and share resources as needed.

Investment: $2,800 *repeat client discount & limited sliding scale spots available
